So I've decided to make myself do pictures for some of my fav novels, let's see how that goes. 8D; Also I'm going to start doing primarily pencil stuff (for linework anyway), because I really need to lay off the tablet.

I plan on coloring this eventually, but it'll probably be a long eventually and I need a recent 'sketch' example up here anyway. D:

BUT YES this is Catherine (I) and Heathcliff of Emily Brontë's Wuthering Heights. The title (in addition to being super corny) is a mildly obscure reference to her famous "he is more myself than I am" speech. 8D .............

Yeah anyone wanna draw some moors for me? lol

Gorgeous, I love the emotion in this one - her eyes say a lot I think. Also - OMG his lips. How do you do it? I don't know, but that you managed to give him such expression with so such a simple shape to his mouth is pretty amazing. Love this one <3

I knew this had something to do with Wuthering Heights! I love that book, and this image too. So passionate.
